I need to give you folks a quick "heads up". My computer has been out of
service for about six weeks, so I haven't been able to do any postings or
keep up with the discussions. This hasn't kept me from reading massive
quantities of books and writing reviews of them however.

I have eighteen reviews waiting to be posted, but I don't want to overwhelm
people by posting all of them at once. Therefore, starting tomorrow, and
for the next three days (tomorrow, Tuesday and Wednesday) I will be posting
six reviews every day. As per usual, the books run the gamut from Secrets
of the Magickal Grimoires (to start this mini-flood) to Not in Kansas
Anymore (to finish it off), and will include both fiction and non-fiction.

I apologize for the sheer volume of reviews, but I have made a commitment to
myself to post reviews as soon as possible after I finish them, so I don't
manage to misplace them or forget to send them out.

As we are nearing the end of this calendar year I would like to take this
opportunity to ask a favor. If you have any particular author, series, or
publisher that you would like me to do reviews of, please contact me at my
personal email address (gleaso...@concast.net) and let me know. Please
put "Recommendations" in the subject line. I try to review between 75 and
100 books a year and appreciate any suggestions (Thanks to Jill for
suggesting the M. R. Sellars "Rowan Gant Investigations" series).

Having read an awful lot of "Wicca 101" books in the past couple of years I
would like to try to do more fiction during the upcoming year, as I am
heartened to see more "occult"-themed fiction coming into the mass market.
So, if you know of any Pagan-friendly fiction, let me know.

If you are, or know of, a Pagan author who would like me to review a book
you have written, please feel free to contact me. Likewise, if you are a
Pagan-friendly publisher who would like me to review titles you offer, I
would love to hear from you.

I look forward to continuing to serve the community. And I offer heart-felt
thanks for the responses, both pro and con, to my reviews.

Mike Gleason
