Windows XP (x86) to Windows XP (x64).

I gather this was made available in the past for free? Is this still the
case? How does it work? What licenses does it support?

As far as I know there is no 64-bit version of WinXP.
Why would you want it? The last version of WinXP is SP3
which I'm using.

Sure there is. Two versions, in fact: one for Itanic (IA64), and one for
AMD64 (a.k.a. x86-64 a.k.a. x64). I'm on the AMD64 version right now.
