Seeking a free teleconference solution

I have a need to do a real-time video feed to 2 remote locations. The
video "conference" doesn't really need to be 2 way as we are simply
trying to simulcast a seminar to 2 remote offices.

Is there anything similar to Cisco's Telepresence in OSS linux circles
that may allow us to do this? I have read about openmcu and openh323
but I am unsure that these will do what we need.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Videolan? (says on the box that it can stream, never tried it)
