On my 64-bit 11.4 system, I am getting some seg faults:
WARNING: Segmentation Faults in these executables
[ 290.681857] tracker-extract : 1 Time(s)
[1005700.059217] packagekitd : 1 Time(s)
[1038005.845917] packagekitd : 1 Time(s)
And some kernel errors:
WARNING: Kernel Errors Present
[1042098.015264] EXT4-fs error (device sdh1): e ...: 1 Time(s)
[1042098.015326] EXT4-fs error (device sdh1): e ...: 1 Time(s)
[1042377.465623] EXT4-fs error (device sdh1): e ...: 1 Time(s)
sdh is an external esata device.

How do I go about debugging these?

For the executables tracker-extract and packagekitd you need to ensure
that the appropriate symbols package (dbg) is installed, then use
gdb (the GNU debugger).
