Sorry for not providing useful information. This is 12.2 X64 with all
the updates, and using ifup. The project is an interface with a
Raspberry Pi (fun!) that will be used to instrument my off the grid
solar system. Flailing with the YaST DHCP Server I got it into this
state, and don't remember all the steps getting there:-(
