Finally they got KDE4 working like KDE3 does. Was it worth the many years
of trouble. Not a question, one of the most laughable is the way the
desktop main panel has to be adjusted, by sizers and delimiters. Crap
man, you touch them a bit too much and the panel would disappear! LOL

the trinity kde3 project is nice for some environments <http://
www.trinitydesktop.org>.

I use Hare's <exegnulinux.net> variant but that may be confined to Debian.

You could use XFCE. I miss some things, but some things I like more as

To be honest: I had not a very big problem with KDE4. But expectations
differ of-course. ;-)

I have never had a problem with the above have you?

I just messed about with the desktop panel resized the panel and it
does not disappear.

He might want to look at the desktop theme and change that and see what
happens!

Question how hard is it to make kde4 work and look like kde3?
4 clicks of the mouse
Question how hard is it to make kde4 look and function like windows?
10 clicks of the mouse.

I had kde4 looking and functioning like kde3 from 11.3! What took him so
long.

How hard is it to disable the 3D effects?

Who gives a shit on your personal experience. The point is that those
sizers and delimiters are a totally unneeded mess, looks stupid and crash.

Cant you read, cant understand or are you blind all together!

As i said i have never had a problem with them!!!! If you can't control a
mouse that's your problem. And as for personal experiances this thread was
started by one. So what's you problem? Can't control a mouse!!!

And secondly you need to read what i said before you attack other people's
posts.

IE: He might want to look at the desktop theme and change that and see what
happens!

Nobody gives a shit on your personal experience, fool, this is not the
issue here. You can't read nor understand. Also, you might own a PhD in
mouse controlling since you have no problems, I guess.

You obviously do give a shit or you would not have posted a comment.
People who did not give a shit would not have posted a comment.

The issue was, he was commplaining about being able to use kde4 like kde3
as he said "Finally they got KDE4 working like KDE3 does" or else he would
not have been complaining.

He is just like a windows user who complains about the metro interface.
IE if it does not do what he want's or expects it's CRAP.

If you read behind the lines this is what he is really saying.

And as i said i had kde4 working like kde3 from 11.3.
And as i said theres's nothing wrong with the sizers or delimiters.

And kde4 is a vast improvement over kde3. by a long way.

even back as far as kde4.4.4.

If the man don't like kde. let him use something else

So who's at fault.

If you post you give a shit if you don't post you don't give a shit.
