Did older kernels work?
9-99 came out moments ago. Does that work?
If an older kernel works and 9-99 doesn't, then use the older kernel and
file a bug against 9-99.
I don't know, but it looks like the last thing it did was a printk.
There should be something in a log somewhere.
Also I see something about apic in there. You might try adding
"noapic" to your boot options.
