The controller and the bios are two different things. if the bios controller card is a popular way to get around an older bios/cmos that cannot be updated or an OS than cannot see hard drives larger than 137 GB. Google a little and you'll see what I mean. Perhaps the cards contain their own bios. My only question was will it still work if the native IDE channels are all -- You must Sign in before you can post messages.
