The National Episcopal Scouters Association has a new website at:

http://www.nationalepiscopalscouting.com/

Membership in the Association is open to Episcopalians and to
"continuing" or "orthodox" Anglicans who support Scouting in the
Church.

There is also a related discussion group on Yahoo at:
