I would think a large forest reserve in Scotland, with large areas of

natural woodland. Farms could keep a few acres of meadow, but outside
that in this key area, no arable, native woodland and organic farming
methods. Legalise E and Cannabis, forced prescriptions of E for the

staff. Appoint Bill Mollison to enact nation wide Permaculture design,

Good idea - native species so no problem. I think a large native
forest reserve should be created in the Weald...the area around Battle
