Speaking of TV Paint Show hosts. Is William Alexander still with us? If

What I liked about him is that he would paint the whole picture with
a regular 5" brush that you would use to paint the outside of your
house with.No fancy brushes or anything, unlike Bob Ross, who had
about 10 different brushes on hand. Also he always said "you must
fire in!!",whatever that means.

"Fire in" and "No Mercy". I think he was either an ex-Nazi or Nazi wanna be.
That's cruel to say., since he seemed like a lovable grandfather type. I
enjoyed his show more than Bob Ross. Bob was too mellow. But I did like to
watch him when I felt stressed out. I believe I video taped a few episodes of
both TV artists. I'll have to search for them, since I do not see them on
local PBS stations. Another artist I used to like to watch was a watercolor
artist with an Irish accent. I forget his name off hand.
