How to mix great foley for youtube

I was involved in the production of an entry for a competition to create
an advert for Doritos. If you check out the video, which is here:

you'll hear that the foley sounds are really great, as well as some
really high production value for something created on a budget of less
than £250.

We've made a 'making of' video which is linked as a video response and
soon we'll be releasing a 'tour' of the mix for all you audiophiles with
some top tips on micing, mixing and mastering for youtube.
