Why are SBA (and other companies') cell towers (at certain times of the day) making torturous low freq (TAOS-style) HUM in Brandon (near Tampa), FL?

Why are SBA (and other companies') cell towers (at certain times of
the day) making torturous low freq (TAOS-style) HUM in Brandon (near
Tampa), FL?

It would be just an interesting question, but unfortunately, these low
frequency HUMs have destroyed my sleep AND life!
Is it for the government?
Is it for the military?
Is it just plain greed? (OF COURSE they haven't tested it, the
American public is the guinea pig!)

There are FOUR towers (the ones that I have verified by ear UP CLOSE)
that I am sure are making these noises, but there are many different
ones, every night day, disgusting low frequency noise coming from a
different absolute direction for HOURS and HOURS.
Then it changes, it usually starts from a different direction
gradually, until it is unbearable!!

And I believe that these towers have been operating BEFORE July 2008,
what happened at that point that changed? (what new type of signal
started in late July 2008?)

Locally it is always ONE tower at a time.
(there certainly could be other companies/gov't/military involved in
this, I do not know!)

And I stumbled onto this next one, farther away (I am sure that I
don't hear this one at home, but I was there in the middle of the
night, and it was very noisy!!)

I have no idea if microwaves signals themselves are safe (my personal
opinion is "I doubt it"), but these low frequency sounds are VERY
UNSAFE because they are real and they are hurting me!!
