I've got an AIM teeshirt from this version of AIM. I always wear it at
raves and events wheres theres going to a large hippy/alternative/
protest contingent of people there. (Makah Issue). My god does your
medicene wind these silly fukers up. OK, ok, I give up trying to
educate. They are not just naive (disrespectful) idiots, they are
violent (disrespectful) headcases. Still working on the Tibetan gov
etc scene - I do feel that HH Dalai Lama should withdraw what is in
effect, an endorsment of the ALF terrorist, Paul Watson, thus:

Fuk, I'm really really genuinely apologetic about this, Native
American people. Seriously shameful. I just put it down to the reality
HH lives in. Its basically impossible to communicate with him on any
other level that as a supplicant...on any level you care to mention,
from magic to face to face verbilisation. Watson is a terrorist. An
ALF terrorist as regards 'regular' ALF actions, as well as his SS
work.

All the best

Jim

...and he could see the fitness of the man in his situation. what a
man learned, and it was all he learned in his lifetime, was a degree
of fitness for the things he had to do. A wood chopper had to learn
the tools of the woods. A fisherman, the sea. A priest had to learn
the practice of humility. Some men learned to perform with grace and
competence, while others stumbled through tasks they never mastered.-
D'Arcy McNickle.

I'm reading WIND FROM AN ENEMY SKY and that passage reminds me of
colonizer expectations on Indians today... what the anti-whalers
criticize is the very thing that was taken away. To find criticism in
a first whale hunt...whether it was true that parts were wasted...or
they needed a boat to help tow it...who in the United States from any
race is fit enough to hunt whales? It will probably take two more
generations for the tribe to regain what was taken away..reminds me of
people who say Indians should go back to the way they used to
live...in between sidewalks and highways I guess.

Yes. Kate said that Traditions weren't observed. How would she know.
Only the Makah can decide what is Traditional for the Makah.

..got beaten up in Brixton, London the other week. Was definitly ALF
type people (animal liberation front). Just a smack to the face when
wandering around on the street - nothing serious...I was blind drunk
(some nice multicultural bars in Brixton unlike rural East Sussex etc)
and not aware of what was happening until some locals helped me to my
feet. The locals know who they are and where they hang out so
hopefully the situation at least as regards me personnally will be
sorted out. They were hardcore ALF, and have blown their cover trying
to paint me as a (general) police informer....rather than specifically
anti ALF people. Just what I've been writing on the internet folks - I/
we seem to have really got to the bunch of violent extremists!
