Commissions for Myth Paintings?

Searching for information as to what the normal comissions charged by art galleries to show
groups of painting on Mythologies. I have thirty very unusual paintings which are done by an unknown
artist on the Olympic Peninsula. Anyone know what comission I should pay to galleries who want to
do private showings of these? I have no experience in this area.
Thanks to anyone who can give info or point me in the direction where I can find it.

I don't get a full newsfeed here so I don't have a full list of newsgroups
to look through, but I would imagine there are some "fine art" newsgroups
that could be of more help to you. Take a browse through the full list
of newsgroups and see if there might be an artist's newsgroup.

I would have taken a spin out to http://www.dejanews.com and saw if
any artist newsgroups were listed there, but my connection to the "outside"
world is painfully slow today.

A web search engine may also be able to direct you to webpages that contain
art information on them as well.

It's not much help, but I hope it does help some.
