Devo Spice Update - 10/3/2011: Con on the Cob and A New FuMP Promo

Hey folks,

I’m busy as heck prepping for Con on the Cob but I wanted to drop you
a quick note to tell you about... Con on the Cob! Surprise?

Con on the Cob is a fun little gaming convention with a great comedy-
music track run by your pal and mine, Shoebox of Worm Quartet.
[Shoebox edit: I’m nobody’s pal, dammit!] It takes place from October
13-16 in Hudson, OH. Performing this year are a veritable CORN-ucopia
of comedy musicians, including me! My show will be Saturday night at
6:00. Don’t freakin’ miss it! I’ve got some very cool stuff planned

Also, for you podcasters out there, you can now help the good folks at
The FuMP spread the word about said FuMP’s existence! There is a new
FuMP promo you can download and play on your podcast which is, by
popular demand, shorter! This one is exactly 60 seconds long and
features excerpts of songs from the recently released FuMP 28
compilation CD. And it doesn’t mention cheap hookers. We’re going to
be updating these promos every two months when the new compilations
come out, so keep an eye on the site for updates. For now, here’s the
