Here's a couple of legit questions for you:

1) Why don't you put your roster on your site? It would look a whole lot more
appetizing to future roster candidates if they could see who else was being
represented and what sorts of opportunities you've provided for them.

2)Why are you posting to newsgroups asking for submissions? It doesn't seem
like the best way to get top talent in my opinion. Having some management
experience myself, I know that you will get bombarded with submissions without
even trying to advertise. You're going to be spending a lot of time wading
through unqualified applicants if you do it so openly.

Nothing against your company, I'm just trying to give you some things to think
about.

there is hidden dj talent all over the place.

and when you sign up you have to give them a full bio
i.e where you have dj's where your residence etc is,

When our website is launched, we will have full information as regards to
our DJ's etc. We have been running the agency for almost two years and were
just wanting to see what outcome we could get via newsgroups.
