Maynard at Whole Foods for bottle signing

sign bottles with his business partner. I took one look at the line and
headed home. Rumor has it, and I have no idea if this is true or not,
that he was getting a bit testy with anyone who mentioned Tool or tried
to get him to sign anything besides a bottle. Now, I understand his
reasoning but seriously, the guy doesn't think people are really coming
out because of his wine? He's never struck me as delusional before.

Shame about his attitude, but the wine's tasty. I cracked open a bottle
of his 2005 Primer Paso last week (at about 10pm EST on 4/4, you
know why, Blair), and it was really enjoyable.
On one hand I can understand him wanting the focus to be on the
reason he's doing the signing - the wine. On the other hand...well,
lighten up MJK - fame does have it's cost. Getting annoyed about
it isn't going to change it.

I cant imagine anyone other winemakers doing this, and if they did I
cant imagine anyone else wanting their bottle signed!!
The only reason it works is because MJK is from Tool, so he shouldn't be
surprised when people ask him about tool.

package, everything I like in a hockey player.

After what happened Monday night, it's over - the team looked exhausted in the 2nd period,
I can't imagine they're going to be able to play at a competitive level in game 7 tonight.
It's better than last year, but not acceptable.

Great game... and series. I'm a lukewarm hockey fan, but I was
honestly glued to my TV for these games. Wish Alex had taken that
last shot instead of passing... ah, well. Both the NHL and NBA
playoffs have been awesome thus far.
