Camarillo Community Band, Camarillo, VENTURA COUNTY CALIF, United States has an immediate vacancy for a saxophonist. We always welcome new players. Any adult who plays a band instrument is welcome to join with the only requirement being attendance at rehearsals. High school students may audition to join the band. The audition for high school students consists of scales up to 4# and 4b, chromatic scale, prepared piece and sight reading. Received my Saxgourmet Super 400 Tenor yesterday. The sax blew well out of the box but i did some very minor custom tweaking to my taste. I opened the lower stack and G# key just a little bit. Absolutely stunning looking horn with a flawless finish. Almost looks as if it is glowing. Largest bell I have seen on a tenor. Build quality seems... more »
