Don't know about Santa: Curt is clean-shaven and bald, so maybe each
repair kit has some white hair included in the package.
Now, if someone would start offering a Conn 12M replacement neck, I'd
be happy and they'd be rich....

I bought a neck from Karsten Gloger for my 1923 Conn bass sax. It was
a huge improvement over the old one, which had been around the block
way too many times. I believe he makes his "replacement" necks based
on measurements taken from original ones. It might be worth a try.
Not cheap, but worth every penny.
