I saw it, it was slightly above average, definitely not worthy of the
hype.

I wouldn't pay to see it guys.
The violence was sensationalized way beyond realism. The Romans had
nothing against Jesus thus the guards wouldn't have been beating him
like they were depicted.
Again, this was a movie for Jews in Hollywood conspiring to control
anti-semitism, Mel Gibson was their willing little bitch in this sick
crusade.
He did a good job on some things while poorly in others.
LOTR and other movies are are way better.

Sure they would have, if they really enjoyed their work.
