This was one of the Harmony Books series by the same title ...this one
published in 1977. It's a pretty decent recap of Rory's career to that
date, though it doesn't get into much depth.

Also, I added a link to the main page of RoryON!! to the page for Oliver
Tobin's book, A Star was Born in My Brother�s Band. Oliver Tobin played
with Rory in the Fontana and Impact Show Bands organized by Bernie
Tobin. Oliver also went on to play on Rory's pre-Taste band that played
in hamburg. Oliver is hospitalized suffering from Parkinson's disease,
but managed to put together his memories of his show band days with
Rory. It's a quick, interesting read with quite a few rare photos of
Rory in his teenage years.
We had the chance to meet both Oliver and Bernie a number of years ago
in Fermoy. Unfortunately, our meeting with Oliver was quite short. From
there we met with Bernie who was kind enough to show us some photos and
shared some stories. Sadly, Bernie was most interested in talking about
himself. I always had the feeling that talking to Oliver would have been
quite interesting.
