Greetings,

I just have a quick quey. Is the clothing that Thom Yorke wears to
concerts embellished in any way (i.e. with beads, locks of hair, and such)?
I saw a photo of him and I noticed many sparkly entities on his jacket.

Sequins, perhaps?

when i think of what americans see radiohead as, i think of the beachhouse
creep performance... now that was scary..
thom in a blacknwhite striped shirt with long, blonde hair, and all the
petrified beachgirls in their little bikinis...

American here in New York. I do not think of Radiohead in that fashion. I do
not know anyone in America who still thinks of Radiohead in that fashion. And I
know a good 20 people who love Radiohead. Do you Europeans think of REM as that
Shiny Happy band in checkered suits?

I was at the Berlin concert on Monday, and Thom was just wearing
a short-sleeved shirt and sort of loose pants, or at least that
is how I remember it. His shirt looked dark green. Very
plain. Jonny was wearing a t-shirt with Elvis on it, though.
Cute. The brightest thing on the whole stage was Phil's shiny
head.

I don't agree - when Colin smiles, his whole face lights up. I was
surprised that he is so small, but he definitely has a wonderful smile,
which is really all you need to be beautiful.

huh. ;o) if you want it to, i suppose. i wonder if it is, that would be an
interesting twist. ;o)

i've been raking.... ahh this made me laugh (maybe you read this before
though):

"
Colin's Trousers

This is Colin at 4 a.m. : "I mean", he says, slumping in his chair "I'm in a
band, we're reasonably successful, I've got a very nice suit - I'm not even
a bad person - so why can't I get a shag ?" He pulls a face, slurps morosely
at his wine, and gestures for a light. Someone holds a candle across the
table, and drips molten wax on his trousers, in one action cutting his
chances of getting laid by a quarter. "Oh ! My trousers ! Fuck !". This is
how you should think of Radiohead.
