This was talked about a couple weeks ago. I just wanted to
confirm the prices and such. The Tate Gallery in London
sells prints of Richard Dadd's "The Fairy Feller's Master Stroke"
This is the painting on which the song of the same name gets
its inspiration. The painting is really magnificent and
well worth the price in my opinion. Its neat to try to
pick out the different characters (but I still have no idea
what a tatterdamalaeon is). The price was 7 UK pounds for
a 70 x 50 cm print. Incidentally, I live overseas, so I chose
to have it shipped by air parcel post. This was an extra 10
pounds - making total 17 pounds which turned out to be 27
US dollars at that time. For surface shipping the price was
only 3 pounds, but surface takes 6-8 weeks whereas the air
parcel post took only 7-10 days. You can reach the Tate
Gallery by calling 0171-887-8869/70/71 or writing
