Just ran accross this site that has started, but not very well
publicized petition for polka music. Here it is

This might very well be a worthwhile endeavor, but does anyone else
share my hesitation to blindly sign this "petition" authored by
someone that I don't know? There is no actual petition on the site
accessed by the link in John Z's posting, just a petition to sign the
almost blank page. Does anyone know the author of the supposed
petition? Does anyone know if any Polka organizations support this?
I would like to see some kind of endorsement by some Polka
organization before blindly supporting the petition.
