POP ART FRENCH 3-CD set also PARIS CITY BOY?

I don't understand this:
I was told that the limited 3-cd set of Pop Art
in France would NOT contain Paris City Boy
(only the specially made 2 cd-set).
Now they're advertising with the 3 cd-box on Ebay
as if it does contain the track....
