MusicMatch 7.1 Problem - artist names cut off

I'm having a problem with MusicMatch 7.1. When I add all my MP3's to the
library, some of the songs go in with an artist name that has one charater
cut off from the end. For example, half of my Beatles songs show up under
the artist name "Beatle". Now when I check the tags from file properties in
Windows, the artist name shows correctly as "Beatles". If I try to change
the artist name in MusicMatch to Beatles, it won't take. It's doing this
for a bunch of my MP3's from various artists... seems to be random, I can't
find anything different about those files. I've tried removing and readding
to the library but that doesn't help. Does anyone know what's going on
here? Thanks.
