Hi, in order to raise awareness of my artwork I occasionally list on eBay. I
currently have two paintings depicting the cover art for Tubular Bells. One
is a large 24" square canvas featuring TBIII (auction ends 21st Sept), the
other is the original album done in 1:1 scale, 12" square (auction ends 26th
Sept).

Are they actual oil paintings, or are they just computer enhanced scans?

Hi, they are hand-painted acrylic on canvas - ie. REAL paintings. A lot of
stuff on eBay is either prints of doctored photos or painted over photos or
some other such 'cheating'. I am proud to say I paint onto a blank, primed
canvas the good old fashioned way! I list on eBay as a way of raising my
profile. It has generated some commissions so it seems to be working :-)

By the way - I will take it as a compliment that you thought the paintings
