Joe Jackson's Lawyer: Doctor Got 'Slap on the Wrist'
Involuntary manslaughter wasn't a tough enough charge against Michael
Jackson's doctor, says an attorney for the pop star's father.
"This charge is a slap on the wrist," Brian Oxman, Joseph Jackson's
longtime lawyer, tells PEOPLE. "There's great disappointment here.
[Conrad Murray] should've been charged with a higher degree of
responsibility. What he did was reckless. It was a disregard for human
life."
Murray, who has denied any wrongdoing, is accused of administering a
lethal dose of the hospital anesthetic propofol to the late singer.

I read a very long file on this... to the point of dry eyes. Jackson
was addicted
to Anesthesia type medications to help him sleep. Elvis also had
problems
sleeping.
It was something Jackson was taught how to do himself. Normally, a
doctor
gives the doses to be sure not to give too much.
Jackson's drug of choice, brought him into a state of being, as close
to death,
without actually being dead. Probably partly for inspiration for
writing.
My drug of choice most of the time is a big fat (Nothing) I do like
alcohol, but
I have no need for it.
I don't need a drug to make me wanna attack stuffed animals, I do it
because
I like it. I never stopped liking the softness of a nice plushie.

Anyways, that doctor shouldn't even get a slap on the wrist.

For all we know, Jackson did it on purpose.
Whether it was because he was worried more were going to file

Truthfully, what Jackson was accused of doing, is giving overwhelming

Why did your son find it impossible to sleep? Was he
worried about some things?

Dr. Murray is a victim of your son in my opinion. He quit
his practice to go on the road with your son. When did he
find out that your son demanded a Hospital level drug in
order to get any sleep? When?

If you're talking about the total population of registered sex
offenders in
CA. I understand.
Thing is, it's the number one worst state for registered sex
offenders.
For all we know, most of Jackson's jury, were offenders who haven't
gotten caught, or registered yet.
I don't remember if it was in 2007 or 2008.. When CA was declared the
worst state to bring up children.
If Jackson hadn't happened to be so popular, the case would've been
done and over with, almost unnoticed.
In CA, depending on what type of charges are filed against you, you
end up on a waiting list, to go to jail.
Some, never end up in at all.
