Success breeds success, and Rockville Brass Band, is no exception. The Band, a brass band in the British style based in Kensington, MD, has a complement of about 30 brass and percussion players. And its no surprise given the great sound and fantastic atmosphere at our rehearsals and concerts. But in spite of that, Rockville Brass Band is on a recruitment drive for cornet and alto horn players. Although the Rockville Brass Band is not an audition band, you will be expected to be of a very good musical standard. Exceptional high-school and middle-school students are welcome. So, why not give us a test drive. We rehearse Wednesday evenings from 7.30-9.30 in Newport Mill Middle School, Kensington, MD, 20895.
