As far as Massey goes, I kind of doubt I will be there. Here's why:
Gordon has always considered Massey as the absolute of his concert year. He
once told me that it was a case of "hometown gig is where you really prove
yourself"
I respect him for that and understand his reasoning.
In that regard I always been accustomed to the fact that he is especially
sensitive when it came to Massey and would go into a total focus.
Naturally, we all followed suit!
I just wouldn't want him to feel he had to spend any time paying attention
to me (which he would) The times we have gotten together in the past few
years were always after the show, and Barry Harvey always appreciated my
decision in that regard. (I have a permanent all access pass and I use it
with the utmost discretion)
But you never know...you might see me sitting next to Red.
I will cross post this reply to AML
Since this OP did come from the Byrds NG, I will mention that I am in
regular contact with Roger. Last thing we talked about was moving to
Mexico. (not him---me)

YES!
Google groups is a funnel for sooooo much Spam!
I use Outlook Express message rules and and independent ISP
and I get virtually none of it.

Do you have cable TV? If so, your cable provider probably offers high speed
internet as well. Failing that, there's always satellite (
http://www.gethughesnet.com/HUGHES/Rooms/DisplayPages/LayoutInitial?pageid=hughesnetc&Container=com.webridge.entity.Entity[OID[91908CBE85AD4C428CCD8D5CDB016B51]] )
. It's comparatively expensive, subject to the same weather-induced outages
as satellite TV, but I have a neighbor who uses it and is very happy with
it.

Jack
