Every once and a while I seem to run into waves of nostalgia and for
some reason today is one of them. Maybe it's just an April Fool's
thing I'm not sure. But I remember discovering this newsgroup and with
the help of guys like Ed Mullen I was guided into a family I never
knew existed. Of course things have changed as they always will and
folks move on but I lost out on the opportunity to see the Original
Lightfoot Tribute Band perform at Caffe Lena. I missed out on that
because it happened before I came on the scene. I've heard the tunes
performed by the group though and viewed all the pics and today I was
thinking about how great it would be if that era could be re-lived. We
did get a small treat of it though in 2005 and that was wonderful.
Sure would be great if we had the "Band" with us again this year or
maybe somewhere down the road. The legend lives on. Ron J.

Caffe Lena in Saratoga...oh my..must be spring fever..

some new memories in the making..

I don't do much newsgroup stuff these days but I was searching for
something online and came across your post, Ron.

Some of us get together periodically and jam.

Who knows, maybe one day we'll revive it again. Crazier things have
happened.
