Why did I not get tickets?

I am a jackass! I thought I didn't really care about seeing the show. I've seen Leonard play before. When he played in Seattle, which is closest to me, I had a trip out of town planned with my sisters, and I couldn't cancel it. I thought he'd swing by this way again. Then he didn't. He is in his mid 70's and he has phenominal energy... He performed for over 3 hours... He sung all his wonderful songs to a sold out crowd... He is truly a living legend, a class act... He... more »

Waiting for the Miracle: On Leonard Cohen

...This is very interesting to me, in a non-flaming way... I suppose you just never had any friends that were into Cohen, or you never got a chance to explore his work... or you've tried to get into his work and it just never "grabbed you"? Speaking of "grabbed", how does Paul Simon hit you, Karla? I just had... more »
