Actually, just so that Gwyneth doesn't think that she can "laugh at
the fucktards" again when "they don't know why we're laughing at
them" (as her friend PJ Ross puts it), l think I should explain
exactly what she meant. After all, there's no point in laughing at her
by playing dumb, when she doesn't even realize we're laughing at
her.

By "locally-famous songwriter" she means Leonard Cohen, and by "us
[ing] his ideas," she's referring to my glosa, "September Night":

Yes, it is. The only thing sillier is that she'd think it would
reflect badly on anyone but herself.

Mind you, when and if she returns, we'll have to go back to pretending
we don't know, just to keep her and PJ happy.
