I have always been a complete NON-fan of vitamin C pills. I never knew
exactly why,
couldn't put my finger on it, but always thought it was a sham of a scam of
a
travesty, all those people taking all those pills. I guess I was right.

PS Some of my friends have upwards of different 40 vitamin and "natural
supplement" bottles in their cabinets. Yeesh. And they swear they feel
un-good
if they forget to take all 40 for even one day.
