The liner notes say that it was recorded  "somewhere else in Europe".  The
intro by Claude Nobs would seem to put it in France; but I assume it was
recorded over the course of mulitple shows...

Most of the recordings come from 2 concerts of the 1978 European Tour,
Bern (Switzerland), Festhalle and
Ruesselsheim (Germany), Walter-Koebel-Halle

The very beginning must have been in Italy, right?  The announcer says
"welcome to Italy" in Italian (that's what my Italian speaking friend told
me anyhow)

Nope.  Tull didn't play in Italy on this tour.  The multilingual
introduction is from Switzerland.

I believe that I read in "A New Day" many years ago, that the songs were
recorded on a European-Canadian Tour. I think many of the songs were
recorded in Quebec.

Here's a question... Is the announcer on Bursting Out the same one on
Stevie Ray Vaughan's Live Alive?  They struck me as sounding similar...
