I've read more than a few your the comments
and don't understand the 'buzz' about Ryan. I
do believe he's got a good voice but when he
jumps and runs around he looks like a dork.
I don't think he is suited (coordination and voice)
for a rock band but more of a solo Micheal
Bolton type career. He would have gone very far
on American Idol.

Anyway my point is that each singer left sounds
great and has there own niche. Lukas has that
Radiohead vibe, and sucks at upbeat song.
Ryan seems to be the dark, serious voice and
also sucks at up beat songs. Toby has the upbeat
but I don't like his slower songs. I guess I'm talking
about range.
Magin and Dilana sound good at both.
And so you have my final two. Of course
I'm not in this band so I'm probably way
off but...........

Oh and Storm doesnt have a chance since
she had a great peformance Tuesday night
and they hated it.

Thanks for reading and you may now return
to you keyboards.

I kind of agree with you and I think he's going to be gone
RSN, maybe even tonight. I think he tried really hard and
that bought him a few extra weeks, but he's too awkward
on stage for a headbanging rockband.

I like dorks. Especially when they have a sexy aura about them. Z, Ryan,
Toby & Magni were/are the only contestants that draw me in to their
performance. The first 3 especially because they're evolving & growing
as performers. In a show like this, the same old routine gets old fast.
All the other singers are predictable. Dilana does have a different
singing voice, but I could not listen to a whole cd or attend a live
performance and tolerate every song sung in that manner. Even when she
reverts to her normal voice at some point to remind us all that she can
actually 'sing', she always goes back to the growl which limits her
range. Between her and Storm, I'd choose Storm. Lukas is just kind of
there. I could take or leave him. Highly doubt he'll be the frontman.

Not psychic, it just seemed like maybe it was his time...

I couldn't see them sending anyone else home tonight.

Previously I guessed that Ryan would be going home tonight...

So I've been thinking about the fact that they have five left and
only two weeks left.

So, here is my prediction for shocking twist next week:

I'm going to guess that they will eliminate one person (I think it'll
be Storm) and then in a surprise annoucement Magni will quit the
competition because he misses his family and can't be away from them
any longer.

Which will leave the final three of Lukas, Dilana and Toby.

My original prediction was final ranking of 1. Lukas 2. Dilana 3. Magni
so now I think Toby will be next to last out of the competition.

So, we'll see how psychic I am :)

That's quite a prediction. I just don't see there's any way Magni
would give up now that he's on top with the fans.

I think they kept Storm in because it makes next week an easier
decision, Storm and someone else being eliminated.

Incidentally I like the way Ryan went out -- thanks for the support,
Dave, and oh, good luck and FU, Supernova.

I've been a reluctant fan of this show, and only really got into it
because Tommy Lee is such a huge single minded dirty (old) man. I
loved it when he said "I need 6 minutes to think about it" after a
performance by one of the chicks on the show (the South American one
who sounded like Bjork).

Ryan's departure was not only premature, but fucking wrong. If we're
doing the whole "band fit" thing, fine. But Dilana and Storm are even
worse fits for the band. It made no sense that Ryan left when he did.
His last 3 performances were incredible, and completely outmatched that
of (unstable) Dilana and (I'm just happy to show my booty and would
have made a great Spice Girl) Storm. Ryan has intensity. He was
taking some chances in his performances, and they were getting
consistently better. His job on Clocks was fantastic. I didn't think
he looked 100% smooth when he "jumped and ran around", but he looked
way better than Dilana when she lifts her skirt and gets 1" vertical.

I'm basically done with the show, and may hang on to see if Toby goes
on. Lucas has excellent persona and stage presence, but vocally, he is
limited in range and I can see his style growing old quickly.

Overall a very entertaining show. But as a band, with the remaining
group (save Toby maybe), its a fucking no ticket sale yawn.

We could see it coming. The first time Ryan back to bottom three, he will be
gone. Supernova wants to play it safe. I am sure they have one chosen
already. What if Ryan keeps improving and outshines the chosen one? They
also have painted Dalina as "the difficult one".

They can only sell tickets if they would choose Ryan or Dilana. But it seems
to me that since Supernova will record one CD and have one concert in Las
Vegas in New Year Eve, the whole thing is just a TV event. The chosen singer
won't stick long with the band. Think The Apprentice winner in the Trump
organization.

I knew he'd be gone because I voted for him. I swear I'm like the kiss
of death...that's why I don't vote for anyone.

That is really weird that you mentioned Magni quitting. I just had a
thought last night (or a dream - not sure) that one of them was going
to announce they were leaving due to "stress" or something like that.
Wouldn't this be strange if this actually happened? Then we'd BOTH be
psychic!!!!!!!
