we thought the beach was gonna be the place to be, since it was so warm.
nope the kids weren't out.  except for the locals and we decided to chill
with them, and play some airhockey and fooseball.  so we were in this
generic arcade, down at sleaside, and in the corner was this kid.  he was
all emo, and really bored.  so i invited him to go to the diner, for disco
fries.  and he joined us :)).  his name was jackson, and he was da bomb.
anyway, on the way there we walked by a crackhouse, or maybe just that was
a normal cape-cod on that lovely strip down there on the way to the car.
anyway, we heard this kid saying 'yeah, you know i love you.' 'oh, yah',
and i didn't want to look until the man said, 'gimme some', and he was
honest-to-goodness accepting this doby's tongue in his mouth, i decided
that we shouldn't stare, but we did anyway.  and then the kid was sick,
and couldn't eat.
