I was listening to a newly-purchased copy of "Bare Trees"
this evening, when I stumbled upon a song that appeared to
be about a guy who got really stoned and decided that he
wanted to marry his girlfriend.

Do I have this right?:

"Fourteen joints and a will to be married"?
