Does anyone know who did this tune, if it's on an album other
than  a compilation...etc.?

It is indeed by Debbie Harry. It was originally on her CD _Def, Dumb &
Blonde_ which came out on Sire-Reprise records in '89.

More trivia: "I Want That Man" was written and co-produced by the
Thompson Twins.

Debbie Harry did sing this song back in 1989 and you can find it on "The complete picture, the very best of Deborah Harry and Blondie" on Chrysalis Records published in 1991(CD CCD 1817). I am sure it would also be on any other of the best of records. Is there any particular aspect of the song you need for your project?

It's on the Blondie Greatest Hits compilation BTW.
