a satellite dish and a sky box :), but hey, the reception qualitisee

A satellite dish and a simple, old fashioned analog receiver can do it
too. :-)  But it should have the Wegener Panda sound circuits, otherwise
the sound quality could be really poor.

They are usually extra sound channels for each video channel on your
satellite decoder box. I dunno if this works if you get TV on cable
rather tha straight from a dish though.
