The Metallica & Iron Maiden Cover CDs

Hi there!
Who knows the 2 CDs with Metallica and Iron Maiden Covers i sometimes see in
Ebay?
Are they normal offical releases? And why than i can't find them anywhere to
buy in the normal way...
bootlegs?
Than what is the quality of this stuff?

These are only bootlegs. On select shows on their last tour, DT covered a
couple of classic albums in their entirety. These are live audience recordings.
(I've heard the whole Metallica show from Barcelona, but only part of the
Maiden set.) There are rumors of Mike Portnot starting to issue his own
"bootleg" series, and these might well show up as part of that, presumably with
better sound quality. But so far that hasn't happened, so the "unofficial"
bootlegs are the only way to go.

Thanks for the information!
Now I found a list with all Dream Theater bootlegs and their on it!
I buy them in Ebay - and hope they sound good.
Even some bootlegs have a worse sound...

Thanks, I know such places... :)
But I love also to collect CDs and watch the Art Work and the Booklets...
And these 2 CDs look great. (I bought them in Ebay now).
But the Soundquality isn't the best. Even in MP3 would be the same...
