chemotherapy for stomach cancer:

"I'm sorry to hear about Ronnie having cancer. It must be really fucking
scary for the poor boy."
Yeah boy pretty much sums up what Dio is. I have no doubt it is scary for
the little boy as Dio is a coward and has to live in fantasy land (Terry
Herzog) in order to deal with just how scared he is.
