well if its any consolation, the official people feed me info all the
time cause they know I'll have it up quicker than artistdirect..

that is SO sad. how hard is it to find a company that actually does what
they need to do? there are so many companies, why doesn't artistdirect
feel more responsibility?

From what I've heard..they are overworked and understaffed.
artistdirect was contracted by interscope to run the site..
CC and their managment don't really want them doing it - but can't do
much about it cuz of contracts and what have you..all they can really do
is sit back and watch them suck :(

i guess the solution would be to hire more people... .but there's
probably some reason they can't do THAT either. sigh.

Exactly! Have you seen how many people artist direct handle? Almost
100,000!! (99,639 according to their website.) You'd think with that
workload, they would have hired enough people to cover each artist. Or
after the BTTWGTW fiasco, add more people to the CC account. How hard could
that seriously be?
