Le Weekend hoping to Kickfinish our CD

Dear alt.music.chapel-hill,

Please allow me to bother you, hopefully only a little, for a moment. My band Le Weekend would be very grateful if you would check out our Kickstarter campaign and help us wrap up our third recording _the magic y/ear_. It's a fairly modest campaign ($500 by June 6) and the requested pledge levels are $5, $10, and $12 because we try to be cheap dates. You can at least commit to checking out how ridiculous our promotional video is, right? Please and thank you.

WOW. Since putting this out there a few days ago things have really ramped up! We are 91% of the way toward meeting our goal (43 more bucks and we're there!) with 12 days left to go. Thanks for everyone who pledged already! Thanks in advance for those about to do the same...please?

If we make it to our goal before the holiday weekend, we can have class outside, kids.
