ArtSchool at the ArtsCenter’s 30th Anniversary Open House
Saturday, September 11, noon-4 p.m.
Come check out what’s happening this fall at the ArtSchool! To commemorate the ArtCenter’s 30th anniversary, the ArtSchool is holding a Free Open House on September 11, 2004 from noon until 4 p.m. ArtSchool Instructors will be teaching a variety of free and fun workshops for beginners! There will also be demonstrations of portrait drawing, watercolor, oil & acrylic painting, flower arranging, and jewelry making as well as a display of instructors’ own works. Plus, local musician and ArtSchool instructor Jamie Anderson will be performing from 3-4 p.m. If you’ve never taken an art class before at the ArtsCenter, come see what you’re missing!
This event is sponsored by the Town of Carrboro. For more information or to pre-register for a workshop call the ArtSchool Director at 929-2787 ext. 207. The ArtsCenter is located at 300-G East Main Street in Carrboro. Admission is free.
