Due to licensing restrictions, most radio stations that stream can't
afford to offer time-shifted downloads of portions of their streams.

However, I *do* have a remarkably similar sequence of music-and-talking
available as a podcast at this URL:
http://www.trianglerock.com/audio/trianglerock-oggcast.rss

Be forewarned that the audio enclosure is an ogg vorbis audio file, so
you'll want to be using an audio player that *didn't* ship with your
operating system, assuming your OS is windows or MacOS.

It's completely possible that I'm not tech savvy or something. But,
why do you use the ogg vorbis format again?

To wake up the people who think that the only way to find and listen to
music on the computer is to fire up iTunes and pay $1 a song, of course.

There is a QuickTime plugin that allows you to listen to ogg vorbis
files in iTunes:

http://www.xiph.org/quicktime/

I've successfully used the plugin to listen to Ross's podcasts in
iTunes on my Mac. No experience with the Windows version.
