Saw Celine last night in Birmingham UK at the NIA.
Birmingham City Centre ground to dead stop as 18,000 (eighteen thousand)
people attempt to park near and around the NIA. A total sell out for the
arena
Wonderful.. Please don't ask me for the set list, it just rolled and rolled.
There were the usual expected anthems. As well as loads from the new CD.
For some very odd reason there was a homage to Freddy Mercury where she sung
"We will Rock You" and "The show must go on!" as well as some old Soul
montages (Soul Man, etc). A small amount of audience participation
Loads of set changes and some incredible dancers. The set was set in the
round, as it was at Wembley when she last played the UK, some 9 years ago
and set in a + shape. As you would expect the sound quality was wonderful.
It was noticeable though the she only played to 3 quarters of the arena and
at time ignored what was seen to be the back of the arena (the left hand leg
of the + symbol). We were sat no more than 80 ft away and got some great
photo shots. If you are interested I'll post these
Hope this helps.

Thanks so much for the review, Steve. I'd LOVE to see your photos from
the show! I have a ticket to see her in NY in September. Can't wait!

I hope you enjoy the show in NY. It's not that long to wait now. I've also
seen quite a lot of videos popping up in YouTube from the tour if you've not
seen these yet
all the best and enjoy the show
