Sgt. Pepper is the epitome of all men and he is without equal!

It was 20 years ago today
the Division Bell taught the world to pray!
and If this just occured to you
That's exactly what Publius Knew!
And if ever to the press floyd would say
they could teach the world a better way!

I know that most men, including those at ease with problems of the greatest complexity, can
seldom accept the simplest and most obvious truth if it be such as would oblige them to admit
the falsity of conclusions which they have proudly taught to others, and which they have
woven, thread by thread, into the fabrics of their life -- Leo Tolstoy

Certain people believe Sgt Pepper is none other than Aleister Crowley who
died nearly 20 years (Dec 1, 1947) before the album was released (June 1,
1967) (1947 + 20 = 1967)

"It was 20 years ago today Sgt pepper taught the band to play"

Aleister Crowley is the 2nd person (top left) on the album cover's group
portrait
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sgt._Pepper's_Lonely_Hearts_Club_Band

Crowley titled himself "The Beast 666"

Crowley appeared in several photos posing in his Freemasonry Regalia
(similar to the regalia of the fab four?)
http://www.freemasonry.bcy.ca/aqc/crowley_mason.jpg

June is the 6th month (6+0) (June 1, 1967)
December is the 12th (6+6) (DEC 1, 1947)

18 years (6+6+6) and 18 months (6+6+6)

Hidden in the names of the people in the photo shoot for the album cover is
the name LUCIFER SAM (jumbled and encrypted as SAMLKWCEFR)

1.. S_ri Yukteswar Gigi (guru)
2.. A_leister Crowley (dabbler in sex, drugs and magic)
3.. M_ae West (actress)
4.. L_enny Bruce (comic)
5.. K_arlheinz Stockhausen (composer)
6.. W_.C. Fields (comic)
7.. C_arl Gustav Jung (psychologist)
8.. E_dgar Allen Poe (writer)
9.. F_red Astaire (actor)
10.. R_ichard Merkin (artist)

Note: the K and W are both transformed by counting back 2 places to I and U
("Come Together" 1 and 1 and 1 is three I-J-K and U-V-W...."Come Together"
is allegedly a cryptic song about Paul McCartney's "funeral")

Lucifer Sam was recorded by Pink Floyd (Piper At The Gates Of Dawn) at Abbey
Road Studios during the SGT Pepper sessions (during "Lovely Rita" I think)

Another "satanic" connection is the fact that the album cover has a sign
that reads "Welcome the Rolling Stones" and the Stones album that year was
called "Their Satanic Majesties Request" (released DEC 8-9, 1967) featuring
hidden pictures of the Beatles on their cover...all three of these bands
dabbled in the occult, no doubt Crowley's "Sex Magick"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Their_Satanic_Majesties_Request

anyway, that's my 2 cents (unsubstantiated of course)

The second track on SPLHCB is "With A Little Help From My Friends"
The second track on UK release of PATGOD is Lucifer Sam
The second face from left top(SPLHCB) is Crowley

Crowley used the phrase (and John Lennon repeated it) "Do What Thou Wilt"
which actually comes from a secret club called "The Hellfire Club" during
British Colonial times in Great Britain, of whom "Mr. Kite" himself,
Benjamin Franklin, was a member (double secret agent?)

Imminent,Excuse me.
A Division Is Imminent!
What Exactly is a Division Bell and Where Could this lead your
thoughts?
It was 1 Of Publius' 1st Clues and Perhaps the Least veiled.
Well A Division vote is likely taking place, unless the story is a work
of fiction.
"Our thoughts strayed constantly and without Boundary"
are we capable of thinking without boundary?
Not boundaries of logic,But boundaries of possibilities.
the story I tell is not at all unreasonable.
But I am Often called a Nutcase,on any forum I chose to discuss this
Enigma
By those that believe in God and by those that don't.
It is the "Boundaries" of reasoning By which you live your lives that
precludes you from making headway in this enigma.
are you waiting for someone to tell you you won?
Are you looking for signs in the heavens?
The Claims I have made are as straight forward as I can be.
I've told the truth, the "CAT" hasn't got my Tonque!
and I am not afraid to make these claims Publicly.
if the Band were to make some comment about this publically would you
believe the story to be true? or would you think them part of a
conspiracy?

If I don't Promise you the answers would you go?

Do you think that I know something you Don't know?

The song's history began with Lennon writing a song for Timothy Leary's

promptly ended when Leary was sent to prison for possession of marijuana.

LSD is a mind rape/MKULTRA mind control drug. Timothy Francis Leary was a
patsy...

Crowley was known to have worked for British Intelligence

The recording company EMI originated as a branch of British Intelligencia
(The Crown SS)...the "British Invasion"

(quote)
There has been much speculation from some (like the brilliant but sexually
repressed genius Lyndon LaRouche) that the so-called "British Invasion" was
in fact a social experiment created and manufactured by British Intelligence
(you know: the dudes who murdered Lady Di.) As Mr. LaRouche has put it:

"Rock is essentially a revival of the ancient, Dionysiac, Bacchic ritual. It
does have a relationship to the alpha rhythms of the brain. If combined with
a little alcohol and more, shall we say, mood-shaping substances, with
youth, with funny sex, this does produce a personality change of a
countercultural type."

In other words, a mind kontrol experiment.

And, so, the theory goes, The Beatles, the Stones, the Who and others
(including, presumably later, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, The
Bee Gees, The Sex Pistols, The Police, Def Leppard, and Oasis) were really
just fronts for the Tavistock Institute, a diabolical UK-based Club of Rome
think tank. An attempt, like with LSD, to destroy legitimate rebellion by
manufacturing a kounter-kulture too self-destructive to ever accomplish any
real revolutionary goals.

As absurd as that may sound on the face of it, the fact remains that even
(or especially) Beatlemania was very much manufactured. Most (if not all) of
the "fainting girls" were staged, the girls paid by Beatles promoters to
surround the band with a state of hysteria. So were most of the "airport
riots", which were always exaggerated in news reports. The idea was to
create an illusionary state of fanatical popularity behind the Beatles that
would become accepted, and thus soon the myth would become a self-fulfilling
prophecy. The purpose of this devious plot was to brainwash the fools out
there into thinking that the Beatles were the greatest rock band of all
time. Of course, the Beatles ARE the greatest rock band of all time, so
there's a question of why they were trying to brainwash everyone of it. In
any case, the record label for the Beatles was EMI (Electrical and
Mechanical Instruments), a big-time producer of military electronics and a
big insider in the British military intelligence komplex.

Apparently Lennon was good friends with Timothy Leary.also (wrote a song for

"With Sgt. Pepper, the Beatles wanted to create a record that could,
in effect, tour for them — an idea they had already explored with the
promotional film-clips made over the previous years, intended to
promote them in the United States when they were not touring there.

McCartney decided that he should create fictitious characters for each
band member and record an album that would be a performance by that
fictitious band. This "alter-ego group" gave the Beatles the freedom
to experiment with songs.[4]

The Beatles' fame motivated them to grow moustaches and beards and
even longer hair, and was an inspiration for the disguise of their
flamboyant Sgt. Pepper costumes. McCartney was well known for going
out in public in disguise and all four had used aliases for travel
bookings and hotel reservations.

Thus, the album starts with the title song, which introduces Sgt.
Pepper's band itself; this song segues seamlessly into a sung
introduction for bandleader "Billy Shears" (Starr), who performs "With
a Little Help from My Friends". A reprise version of the title song
was also recorded, and appears on side 2 of the original album (just
prior to the climactic "A Day in the Life"), creating a "bookending"
effect."

I also found this but I don't know how valid it is
"Paul says he was on a plane, and he saw a salt and pepper shaker. So
he thought, Sgt. Peppers. He says the rest just came to him."

My dad and my shop teacher also grew moustaches and
longer hair and wore leisure suits. Was that because
of my dad's and my shop teacher's fame?

Or was it simply the style of the day?

Never was a Deadhead, but the remaining members are going on tour.
My husband looks like Jerry Garcia's twin brother. When we went to see Floyd
in Vancouver BC in 1994, kids would come up to us and remark to him, wow,
are you Jerry Garcia? I told him he should've signed autographs. Then
Jerry died in 1995.
We are more Meddleheads. That Floyd concert was THE best concert we've ever
been to:) .

Sargent Pepper is a fictional character made up by Paul McCartney
while on vacation with Beatles right-hand-man Mal Evans. Evans dumbly
asked McCartney during lunch what the S and P stood for on the shakers
on the table. Quick-witted McCartney near-punned back "Sargent Pepper"
instead of "Salt-n-Pepper".

After the road-weary Beatles decided to stop touring, McCartney
thought they could role play, while recording their next album, as
fictional musicians in "Sargent Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band"
instead of continuing on with their lovable moptop personas. It was
actually a risky commercial move at the time that payed off both
artistically and commercially in the long-term. Bigtime!

You got that right.
Did you know David Gilmour's first wife's name was Ginger?
They had 4 kids, grown now and he and Polly have 4 kids too.
Rick Wright was the only one that had a grandchild, IIRC.
His daughter Gala is married to his bassist Guy Pratt and they have a
daughter.
She is around 7 or 8 years old, by the fleeting looks in the DVD Live At
RAH, when they did the tour.

>Well, come on now, what has Nostradamus predicted for 2012?

President Obama will be reelected and the Republican Party will have
split into the Churchies and the Thieves each of which will remain
virtually indistinguishable from the other.

Roger Waters will release a new album called "Made Off With My Money"
about the evils of capitalism and the benefits of living in a cage as
a hunter gatherer. The album will include bonus tracks including a
"laundry list" song that's a recitation of recipes for fox meat.

Richard Wright will be exhumed and converted into an animatronic doll
operated from backstage by Jon Carin for the tour.

Prince Harry will author a website giving instructions for building
gas chambers specifically designed for the paparazzi.

Tony Blair will convert to Islam and run for President of Iraq. He'll
win by only 3 votes in a hotly contested election against Jeb Bush.
Political analysts will cite his ears as the deciding factor.

Jacques Chirac will run for President of France on a platform that
includes a 16 hour work week and eight months of paid time off every
year. He'll win by a landslide sending scratch 'in sniff mail outs to
voters that smell like mirepoix and black truffle stuffed snails with
extra garlic and beaujoleis sauce.

In an attempt to increase birth rates, Moscow will promise an oil well
to every baby born of Russian citizens in the country. Years later,
Putin will charge that these babies have morphed into capitalist
mutants and confiscate the wells "for the good of the State and Mother
Russia".

Unable to recover from America's Second Depression, China will return
to communism offering free education and health care to it's citizens
once again. It will pay for these programs by annexing Iran and
Afghanistan whereupon George Bush will be elected to the Party
Chairmanship and declare a war on fundamentalist Buddhist terrorists.

Scientists will discover that Woody Allen was right all along.
Prescriptions for hot fudge sundaes will be fought over at chemist
windows and chocolate manufacturers' stocks will soar.

And finally, Israel will make peace with the Palestinians by killing
them all.
