So , the winners for the most disturbing artworks are:

#1) Hafler Trio "Fuck" . If you have not seen this one, look in the H section
of your favourite good record store. Just take the CD look at the cover,
you'll be glad there's noone around you to see what you're really looking
at.

#2) Unsane. yeah. This one. I heard this is a real picture of a guy's head
chopped by a train (?)

Really. I cannot think of any other that would come close to these two. Yeah
mabe the Dwarves . You're right.

Yeah, Unsane album covers are all pretty much blood baths :)

The one you're talking about (erg.. forgot what it was called) is some guy
lying down on a railroad track w/ his head severed from his body... Where'd the
heck do these guys come up with these pictures? (*shudder*)

Well, there's a band called "Breuharia" (sp?) w/ a 7" out, that's got a guy's
face machete'ed up pretty badly... again I wonder where they find these pic's.

Haven't seen either of these, but my number one would have to be the
cover for "In The Court of the Crimson King" by King Crimson. Another
one would be the cover for "Short Sharp Shocked" by Michelle Shocked.

The Michelle Shocked cover was actually an identical copy of an album cover
by a hardcore punk band from Bristol, England called "Chaos UK" their album
strangely enough was called "Short Sharp Shock". As they didn't have the money
to take legal action against Miss Shocked they waited until she brought out her
next album, I think it was called "Texas Campfire Tapes" then they released an
album called "Chipping Sodbury Bonfire tapes". (Chipping Sodbury is a small
village near Bristol).
That's the interesting pop trivia bit for the day, kids.

Here's one:

Check out Pigface's cover FOOK.
Look at some of the pictures on the inside, too.
Kinda disturbing, weird.
Or maybe only if you listen to the music at the same time.
The pictures really fit in.

Hey who is it that included a painting by some European artist
as aposter inside one of their albums which depicted lots of
guy's penises going up other guy's arses and them taking it as
well.I thought it might be the Dead Kennedys but I'm not sure.

I've just been reminded by somebody that it is indeed the Dead
Kennedys. It was included with their album 'Frankenchrist' and is
by H.R. Giger and is called 'Penis Landscape'.

Yes, it was the Dead Kennedys

The artist was Gieger (of Alien fame)

The picture was Penis Landscape

Jello Biafra got into a little trouble over it....

Well the Brujeria 7" has a photo of a guy's face flayed with a machete.
On the back of it is some Hispanic Gangsta shot in the head on a bed.

The Hullabaloo CD has on the front a extremely obese naked couple,
one of them wearing SOMETHING, but the nether regions are definitely
exposed, and safe to say, their groinage has plenty to trim.
